Roles and Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, VMCs, and other mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventative maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to prevent breakdowns.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
