As a Telecaller, you will be a critical member of our dynamic team at our Chennai-based company, helping to reach out to both current and new clients, provide information, generate leads, and promote our goods and services. Our workplace is goal-oriented and encouraging, and your communication abilities will be greatly appreciated.
Responsibilities:
To present our goods and services, collect information, or address questions, we make outbound calls to both current and new clients.
Use English and, ideally, Tamil when speaking over the phone to clearly and efficiently convey the qualities and advantages of the product or service.
Get the information you need from clients in a precise and effective manner.
Make follow-up calls or appointments as needed.
To improve your communication and product expertise, take part in training sessions.
To enhance outreach tactics, offer input on typical questions and client reactions.
Respect business regulations and moral principles.
Qualification:
Basic computer navigation abilities and good typing.
the capacity to manage stress and maintain composure in trying circumstances.
a willingness to learn, patience, and a positive outlook.
flexibility to work weekends and other rotating shifts in accordance with business needs.
Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
