Job Description

Responsibilities

Field Visits: Visit customer locations to follow up on overdue payments.

Debt Collection: Negotiate and settle outstanding debts with customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and communication.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the telecalling team to track and recover payments.

Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports to management on collection activities.

Role: Field Collection Executive

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai

No of Vacancies: 6

Salary: from 14K to 18K per month
