Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of customer queries and problems: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, displaying accountability throughout the process.
- Deliver service with courtesy and accuracy: Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and ensuring information is conveyed accurately.
- Adhere to product and process requirements with zero errors: Follow all company guidelines and product-related processes, ensuring error-free service delivery.
- Escalate customer issues to appropriate internal stakeholders: Promptly refer unresolved or complex issues to relevant teams for further action.
- Comply with service and sales guidelines: Ensure that all interactions meet established standards for both customer service and sales.
- Achieve call quality targets: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer queries on first contact with minimal call handling time: Aim for first-contact resolution by addressing customer concerns quickly and effectively, reducing the need for follow-up calls.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 12K to 15k per month
