Job Description

To join our team, we are looking for a Field Collection Executive that is extremely driven and results-oriented. By physically visiting clients to collect payments, you will play a vital part in collecting unpaid debts as a Field Collection Executive.

What you will do:

Make field excursions to your clients' locations to collect past-due payments.

Schedule and maintain meetings with clients to discuss outstanding balances.

Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with clients.

Collect funds in the form of cash, checks, or other forms of payment.

Maintain a positive and professional image for the business.

What we need:

exceptional communication and negotiating skills.

the ability to build rapport, resolve disputes, and interact with clients effectively.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing clients with a professional and fulfilling experience.

Ability to effectively manage an area and accomplish collection objectives

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
