We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Collection Executive to join our team. As a Field Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in recovering outstanding debts by visiting clients in person to collect payments.

Requirements:

To collect past-due payments, make field trips to the locations of your clients.

Make and keep appointments with clients to talk about unpaid amounts.

Work with clients to negotiate settlement agreements and payment schedules.

Gather money in the shape of cash, checks, or other payment methods.

Keep the company's image professional and upbeat.

Skills:

outstanding ability to negotiate and communicate.

the capacity to establish rapport, settle conflicts, and communicate with clients in an efficient manner.

Outstanding customer service abilities with an emphasis on giving customers a satisfying and expert experience.
