Eliteone Mortgage Inc  is looking for An Account Supervisor - Financial Services  NOC 62023

Job and Duties as An Account Supervisor- financial services but not limited: 

  • Manage a portfolio of mortgage accounts, which may include individual clients, institutional clients, or both.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor and review mortgage accounts for compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client agreements.

  • Identify potential issues and risks related to mortgage accounts and work to mitigate them.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including account performance summaries and portfolio analysis, to senior management and clients.

  • Assess and manage credit risk associated with mortgage accounts, implementing risk mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators for the account management team, ensuring that performance goals are met or exceeded.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in account management operations.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend changes to existing procedures when necessary.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in mortgage account management.

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities, summarizing the status and performance of mortgage accounts.

 

Job Requirements:

Languages :     English

Education :      College Diploma

Experience :     1 year  or less

Wage:               $31.00 - $32.00 per hour / Full time
