Your Impact:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our banking team. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of banking products and services to potential and existing customers. Your excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and knowledge of banking products will contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to potential and existing customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.  

Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets.

Adhere to all banking compliance and security regulations.

What you Need:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Experience: Freshers
