Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Responsibilities: As a Life Insurance Agent - Annuities Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Building and maintaining a client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers and cultivating relationships.
2. Educating clients on the benefits of annuities and helping them make informed decisions based on their financial goals.
3. Conducting comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' needs and tailor annuity solutions accordingly.
4. Collaborating with clients to develop personalized financial plans that align with their long-term objectives.
5. Keeping abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
6. Meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

1. Active Life Insurance License (We can help you get one!)
2. Proven experience in selling life insurance products, with a focus on annuities (If not we can teach you!)
3. Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and client acquisition.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
7. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
