Responsibilities

Onboarding: Provide on-the-job training to new team members.

Performance Tracking: Maintain MIS for allocated team members.

Motivation: Inspire and motivate callers to achieve targets.

File Management: Send pick-up files to FPRs.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with product field FPRs.

Issue Identification: Identify critical cases and take appropriate action.

Strategy Development: Prepare strategies to achieve team targets.

Collections Coordination: Coordinate with collection agencies.

Escalation Handling: Handle escalation calls from agitated customers.

Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews of team members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Absenteeism Management: Plan for absences and ensure smooth workflow.

Education: Any Basic Degree 

Location: Chennai
