Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Educational Requirement : Any Basic Degree or MBA

Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to client locations to collect overdue payments. Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans. Investigate and resolve account discrepancies. Negotiate payment plans with clients, including installment arrangements and payment schedules. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Experience Requirement : 0 to 3 yrs

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday

Additional Info : ESI, PF, Paid Leave.
