Responsibilities

Make cold calls to current and prospective clients to advertise banking services and goods such credit cards, deposit accounts, and loans.

Clearly and precisely describe the qualities and advantages of the product.

Answer incoming calls from clients with questions about their accounts, products, and services.

Give clients timely and accurate information.

Establish a good rapport with clients by offering exceptional customer service.
