Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote various banking products and services (e.g., loans, credit cards, accounts, investments).

Clearly and effectively explain the features and benefits of our banking offerings in Tamil and/or English.

Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and services.

Answer customer inquiries over the phone in a professional and informative manner.

Collect necessary information from customers accurately and efficiently.

Schedule appointments for bank representatives to meet with interested customers.

Qualification:

Clear and professional phone etiquette.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.

Basic knowledge of banking products and services is preferred but not always mandatory.

Education: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
