Responsibilities

Oversee an existing client portfolio while acting as their go-to contact and trusted counsellor.

In order to guarantee client pleasure and resolve any issues, hold frequent in-person or virtual meetings, phone conversations, and check-ins.

Reach revenue goals on an individual and team basis as well as KPIs pertaining to customer growth and retention.

Get client input and help make service delivery procedures better.

Skills:

Excellent communication abilities in Tamil and English, both written and spoken (important).

Educational Qualification: Any Basic graduation and MBA
