Responsibilities

- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in the sales of a variety of financial products over the phone, providing exceptional service and support.

- Product Sales: Actively sell loans and credit cards to customers by clearly explaining features, benefits, and terms to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Multilingual Communication: Conduct telecalling in the respective mother tongue to enhance customer understanding and engagement.

- Activity Achievement: Responsible for achieving daily sales targets and activities, ensuring consistent performance and contribution to team goals.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 18K per Month
