Providing the necessary accuracy and civility in service delivery

Respecting the specifications of the product and the procedure, making no mistakes

Raising client concerns to the appropriate internal stakeholders

Following service and sales protocols

Reaching Call Quality Objectives

Addressing consumer enquiries as soon as possible and minimizing call handling time

Role: TeleCalling Banks

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 12K to 15K per Month
