Responsibilities

Reach out to both existing and potential customers by making outbound calls to promote various banking services and products, such as credit cards, loans, savings accounts, insurance, and investment opportunities.

Establish appointments with salespeople or relationship managers and generate qualified leads.

Create and maintain professional, friendly relationships with your clientele.

Provide exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.

Observe all compliance requirements, data security protocols, and banking regulations.

Qualification:

shown expertise in customer service, sales, or telemarketing, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.

Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication abilities, as well as a professional and clear phone voice.

strong negotiating and persuasion abilities, as well as the capacity to effectively address objections.

the capacity to clearly and logically explain complicated financial concepts.

proficiency with call centre software, CRM systems, and computers.

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
