Job Description
Responsibilities
- Efficient handling of video calls: Conduct video interactions with customers professionally, ensuring clear communication and addressing their queries promptly, aiming to deliver an exceptional service experience and foster customer satisfaction.
- Execution of financial transactions: Facilitate various banking transactions, including funds transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/IMT), KYC updates, and the opening and management of fixed deposits and recurring deposits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking protocols.
- Real-time KYC verification: Authenticate and verify customers’ Know Your Customer (KYC) documents during live video sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Multitasking across banking products: Handle video-based KYC processes for a range of services, including banking accounts, credit cards, and personal loans, ensuring seamless customer service across different banking verticals.
- Team collaboration and flexibility: Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective goals while being adaptable to different work schedules and patterns.
- End-to-end personalized service: Provide tailored solutions and ensure complete resolution of customer inquiries and issues, delivering a seamless experience for customers using the video banking platform.
- Cross-selling products: Proactively share information about relevant banking products, services, and promotional offers, ensuring customers are aware of the latest offerings at IndusInd Bank.
- Compliance adherence: Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and compliance standards during all interactions, ensuring risk management and legal guidelines are met.
- Process improvement initiatives: Identify inefficiencies or pain points in the current processes, suggest enhancements, and contribute to ongoing improvements that lead to increased customer satisfaction and smoother operations in the video banking channel.
- Monitoring and performance adherence: Track performance metrics regularly, ensuring all monthly performance targets and service quality standards are met, contributing to personal and team success.
