Your Impact:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our banking team. You will play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of banking products and services to potential and existing customers. Your excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach will contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

To advertise banking products including loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and other financial services, make cold calls to both current and new clients.

Follow up with leads that were produced by different marketing initiatives.

Give precise and understandable information about banking services and products.

Convince prospective clients to use banking services.

Respect all corporate policies and financial regulations.

What you Need:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Knowledge of banking products and services is desirable.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Experience: Freshers
