Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to current and prospective clients to advertise banking services and products (such as investments, credit cards, savings accounts, and loans).

Give a convincing explanation of the features and advantages of the product.

Respond to consumer calls, answering their questions and fixing problems.

Give prompt, accurate information about banking services and products.

Keep thorough records in the CRM system of all customer interactions and call outcomes.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
