In the Banking Sector, an experienced Telecaller is needed.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Advertise banking services and goods (including loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and investments) by making cold calls to both existing and potential customers.

Provide a compelling justification of the product's benefits and characteristics.

Answer calls from customers, address their concerns, and resolve issues.

Provide timely and accurate information on banking goods and services.

Maintain detailed records of every client interaction and call outcome in the CRM system.
