Responsibilities

- Manage video calls effectively and guarantee client satisfaction by providing outstanding service

- Complete financial transactions, such as NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and IMT fund transfers; update KYC; make fixed deposits; and set up recurring deposits.

- Instantaneously verify customers' KYC documentation

Being multi-skilled, you will be tasked with managing Video KYC for clients who use credit cards, personal loans, and banking.

- Need to be adaptable with work schedules and a team player.

- To guarantee that clients contacting through this channel receive end-to-end resolution and individualized attention.

- Cross-sell: Disseminate information about goods, specials, and services offered by IndusInd Bank.

- Uphold and follow compliance standards

- At the Video Banking channel, start developing and refining procedures that offer value and satisfy customers.
