Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Education: Any Basic Degree

Responsibilities

Speak with customers by phone and email to let them know about unpaid invoices or missing paperwork.

Clearly state the terms of payment, any outstanding balances, and the documentation needed.

Plan and carry out in-person visits to clients' locations to retrieve unpaid invoices or unfiled paperwork.

Keep thorough and current records of all communications with clients, agreements on payments, and materials gathered.

Qualification:

demonstrated expertise in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar area.

outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.

strong problem-solving and negotiating abilities.

the capacity to efficiently manage time and operate autonomously.

organised and focused on details.

the capacity to discreetly handle sensitive information.

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
