This is the non LHR model (10G-P5-3897-KR) and it comes complete with all the original packaging and accessories. Manual and drivers can be downloaded directly from EVGA and Nvidia website.

PS. I have never used this card for mining, only lightly used for general gaming and 3d model processing (Auto desk and 3d Maya)
