WHAT IS IT: All the other protein companies, ready to eat out of the bag.

98% of that industry AIR-POPS the popcorn. Took a bag of Microwave Popcorn, that is air popped. You see some yellow, if butter, some is white. AIRPOP does not disperse the flavor evenly. It is not a even process.

Because the flavor and coating is inconsistent.
