CNC Lathe Operator (1st Shift) - Strongsville, OH - JOB 26-00360

Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits
 
A premier manufacturing firm in Strongsville, Ohio to find a skilled 1st shift CNC Lathe Operator who is capable of setting up and operating CNC lathes to ensure high-quality production standards.
 
Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC lathe machines for daily production runs.
• Perform tool offsets and change tooling as required to maintain precision.
• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to meet specifications.
• Maintain machines in peak condition by monitoring coolant levels and replacing worn tooling.
• Collaborate with the CNC Department Lead to report production issues or mechanical discrepancies.

 
Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Vocational school training in electrical principles or machine troubleshooting
• Minimum of 2 years in CNC Machining (Lathe experience highly preferred).
• Read, interpret, and analyze technical company documents and blueprints.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot
• Strong multitasking skills
