Position Title: Farm Worker

Job Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, fertilize and irrigate crops
• Irrigate/maintain hay fields
• Clean, weigh, and package vegetables
• Load/unload produce and supplies
• General cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Assist in general maintenance of the farm

Terms of Employment:

• Permanent and full time position
• 35 hours or more per week Flexible

Language Requirements:

• None/minimum english
• Workplace safety training/materials will be provided in worker’s identified language
• Translation devices available
• Co-workers speaking the TFW’s identified langauge available to assist with communication

Compensation:

• $18/hour

• Farm, outdoors

Skills Required:

• Completion of secondary/highschool
