Growing meat processing company located in Vernon is hiring Inventory Clerks for their 1st shift.

• Monday - Friday
• 3am start time
• Must be open to work overtime & weekend as needed
• Must be able to work in cooler / freezer temperature

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels through regular monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct shipping and receiving tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods.
• Utilize data analysis skills to analyze inventory data for decision-making purposes.
• Support category management by maintaining organized inventory records and assisting with product placement strategies.
• Engage in materials handling activities, including the safe movement of products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Food production environment
• Cold environment experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proven experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is preferred.
• Excellent demand planning abilities to anticipate stock requirements effectively.
• Proficient in data analysis skills with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
