Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle history
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service center is a plus
- Knowledge of tire service, shocks, struts, and general mechanical repairs
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Familiarity with automotive systems and components
- Proficient in using computer software for estimating, invoicing, and record keeping
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Benefits:
- Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year based on experience
- Health insurance options
- Paid time off and holidays
- 5-day work week (Monday - Friday)
- No Weekends
- Great hours (7:30 AM - 5 PM)
