Journey West Logistics Inc.is looking for a GENERAL MANAGER, TRUCKING COMPANY (NOC 00015)

Duties and Responsibilities as a GENERAL MANAGER, TRUCKING COMPANY (NOC 00015) but not limited

1. Establish objectives for J West Logistics and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with the company's core focus on logistics and transportation services.

2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments such as order tracking, logistics operations, and customer service.

3. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement J West Logistics' policies and programs which  includes establishing controls for efficient parcel tracking, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and formulating promotional campaigns that highlight the company's strengths in logistics solutions.

4.Select middle managers or directors who have expertise in logistics, transportation, and international shipping regulations, ensuring the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

5. Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations, from order placement to delivery, while also managing the bilingual nature of the website to cater to international markets.

6. Represent J West Logistics in negotiations or other functions, or delegate representatives with expertise in logistics and transportation, to act on behalf of the company in discussions with partners, vendors.

7. Regularly assess and optimize the company's logistics and transportation processes, ensuring the best cost-effectiveness and timeliness, while meeting customer needs and expectations.

8. Oversee and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and partners, ensuring the quality of services and products they provide aligns with J West Logistics' standards and expectations.
