Duties and Responsibilities as a Construction Vice-president（NOC00015）),but not limited

Establish the company's medium and long-term objectives in the plumbing and heating domain, and formulate or approve strategies and plans related to this based on market demands and technological trends. This involves collaborating with industry experts to ensure "Super Star Plumbing and Heating LTD" maintains its industry-leading position.

Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, such as heating equipment R&D and plumbing installation technical teams, and define related senior positions to ensure synergy among company departments.

Allocate material, human, and financial resources in line with the company's strategies; set up financial and administrative control systems to ensure project budgets are kept within reasonable limits; design and approve promotional campaigns that align with "Super Star Plumbing and Heating LTD's" brand image and target market; approve the overall personnel plan, taking into account the company's specific needs in the plumbing and heating domain.

Choose appropriate middle managers, directors, or other executive staff in key positions such as plumbing technology and heating solutions based on the company's business characteristics and development strategies.

Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among departments like heating R&D, plumbing installation, and customer service to offer customers top-notch service and technological solutions.

Supervise the company's plumbing and heating projects, ensuring the execution of technical standards and quality control. This includes working with the technical team to ensure the solutions offered by "Super Star Plumbing and Heating LTD" meet the latest industry standards, as well as continually investing in new technology and innovations to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided by "Super Star Plumbing and Heating LTD". At the same time, review and approve significant contracts with clients and suppliers to protect the company's interests and meet customers' specific needs for indoor plumbing and heating solutions.
