We are currently in need of work from home, Call Center Quality Analysts who will perform call monitoring, identify employee performance gaps, and provide actionable insights backed by trends in the data to ensure that our phone agents provide customers with Five Star Customer Service.
The QA team will score calls based on our current quality assurance guidelines and assist the leadership team in identifying areas of improvement.
This position will require you to monitor a predetermined amount of calls on a weekly basis, manage timelines to ensure all call agents receive timely feedback and work with leadership to identify areas of opportunity for improvement in call processes and procedures.
This is a remote entry level job paying $50 per hour and we will train the right people, paid training will be provided.
