Compensation: $40.87 per hour

Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration, extended health benefits after 3months

Job Duties

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of business.
• Oversea inventory and ensure items are in stock, order when out of stock within the budget.
• Source and negotiate with distributors for supply.
• Authorize and oversea account payable/receivable.
• Manage reports to record sales figures, merchandising for data analysis and forward planning.
• Handle client complaints, requests and issues that may arise such as supply shortages etc.
• Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed for store displays and signage etc.
• Recruit and train new staff, monitor and report on performance after hiring.

Job Requirements

-Education: Completion of high school is required.

-Experience: 1-2 year of butcher experience with 1-2 supervisory experience is required OR
College degree in business administration is required.
