Goldwiser is seeking a Customer Service/Precious Metal Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, purchasing precious metals and resolving issues. No experience is necessary. Sales experience is a must. Paid training is provided. Successful completion is required to be hired on. *Potential to earn commission is also offered with this position. Inquiry for more details. Multiple locations available: New Caney, Conroe, Spring and Northwest Houston.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase precious metal items from our customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
• Daily digital and online marketing to promote new business

*Earn commission once monthly minimum is met

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual a PLUS
• MUST have reliable transportation
