Job Description:

- Title: Assistant Manager

- Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

- Wage: $ 35.00 per hour

- Work Location: 424 McLean Dr, Vancouver, BC V5L 0C1

- Business address: Same as above

- Hours of work: 30 - 40 hours per week

- Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

- Positions Available: 1

Job Duties:

- Organize and evaluate the operation of food and beverage service.

- Assist on determining type of service to be offered and implement operation procedures.

- Recruit staff and oversee staffing training

- Control Inventory, monitor revenues and report to manager

- Establish schedule of staffs and manuals.

- Train staffs in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedure.

- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Completion of high school is required.

- Experience: 1 to 2 years experience of food service supervisor

OR

Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management is required.

- Language: English
