Duties and Responsibilities as A General Manager (NOC 00015)

1. Establish long-term and short-term objectives related to rock blasting, excavation & hauling, shotcrete shoring, and civil work

2. Authorize and organize the establishment of departments specialized in rock blasting, excavation, shotcrete shoring, and civil work. Appoint suitable senior staff for these departments

3. Allocate resources to ensure smooth execution of rock blasting and excavation projects. Implement financial and administrative controls specific to shotcrete shoring and civil work. Additionally, formulate and approve promotional campaigns that resonate with the company's core services and oversee overall personnel planning.

4. Select experienced middle managers and directors who have in-depth knowledge and experience in rock blasting, excavation, shotcrete shoring, and civil work to drive the company's continuous growth.

5. Coordinate the work between departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR to meet client requirements and project timelines, ensuring efficient execution of projects.

6. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers, clients concerning rock blasting, excavation, shotcrete shoring, and civil work projects or delegate experienced representatives to negotiate.

7. Oversee and implement stringent cost-control measures across all projects, especially in areas of rock blasting, excavation, shotcrete shoring, and civil work, to ensure that operations remain within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
