The Role
With our growing and expanding gymnastics facility, we are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The Administrative Services Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of providing excellent gymnastics programming to individuals of all ages, promoting physical literacy, and encouraging active lifestyles. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational management, ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility and contributing to the growth of our dynamic organization. Position Title: Administrative Services Manager

Salary: $49 per hour
Working hours: 5 days and 37.5 hours per week. A 37.5-hour schedule will consist of a range of mornings, afternoons, evenings and one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

· Provide leadership in planning, organizing, and directing administrative operations to support gymnastics programs, facilities and services.

· Supervise and guide staff delivering diverse administrative services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the facility compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.

· Establish, manage, and control budgets related to client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

· Oversee the administrative process for recruitment, appointment, promotion, and termination, while providing training and support to staff.

· Develop the department's communication strategy for seamless coordination of classes, events, and services among coaches, instructors, administrative staff, and other departments.

· Guarantee that the coaching delivery aligns with Inspire's set requirements and standards. Thoroughly analyze evaluation results and present effective solutions to elevate customer satisfaction levels within the coaching team. 

· Engage with clients, stakeholders, and partners to meet their needs and integrate feedback into program enhancements.

· Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making.

· Manage facilities and logistics, ensuring a well-maintained and safe environment for staff, gymnasts, coaches, and students.


What We’re Looking for:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related administrative services field is required.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive or senior management role is required.

· Work experience in training or education fields is preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if needed.
  • Capability to mentor and develop junior administrative employees.
