Accurate Payment Posting: Post payments accurately and efficiently from various sources into the billing system, ensuring proper allocation to patient accounts in Chennai.

Denial Identification & Initial Action: Identify common denial reasons during payment posting and initiate basic follow-up actions or escalate complex denials appropriately within the Chennai team.

Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the billing system by adhering to established payment posting procedures and data entry standards prevalent in Chennai.

Communication: Communicate effectively with billing team members and supervisors in Chennai regarding payment posting issues, discrepancies, and workflow.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant billing regulations, HIPAA guidelines (or equivalent local patient privacy laws), and company policies applicable in Chennai.
