Responsibilities:

Follow up on unresolved medical claims by calling patients or insurance companies.

To find the underlying reasons and put remedies in place, investigate and evaluate claim rejections, underpayments, and denials.

Keep up on the several insurance companies, their rules, and pertinent laws pertaining to the Indian healthcare system.

Keep patient information private and follow HIPAA and other pertinent Indian data privacy laws.

Reach or surpass the organization's goals for productivity and collection.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 3+ yrs
