Job Description

Responsibilities:

Accurately document all customer interactions, including call notes, payment arrangements, and resolution efforts in the CRM system.

Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denied claims.

Follow up with insurance companies or other payers to expedite claim payments

Contact customers via phone to follow up on overdue payments and resolve outstanding invoices.

Make outbound calls to customers to inquire about payment status, address concerns, and negotiate payment plans.

Role: AR Caller

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai

No of Vacancies: 6

Salary: from 18K per month and it can be negotiated
