Correct posting of charge entry, payment, and patient demographics entering transactions into the customer's revenue cycle system and adhering to SLAs set forth by the client regarding turnaround time, accuracy, and production targets

Observe information security guidelines

Capacity to comprehend the effects on the downstream and upstream operations of the customer

Encourage quality and training programs in order to consistently enhance the services that are provided.
