Respect all departmental goals for productivity and quality.

Examine patient records and associated paperwork to obtain pertinent insurance and demographic information.

Respect patient privacy and data security by strictly adhering to all HIPAA laws.

Keep thorough daily records of the demographics you process and any problems you find.

Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for basic data tracking and Word.

Good written communication skills in English for internal notes and system entries.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
