Utilise web portal services, IVRs, or phone calls to the payer to conduct pre-call analysis and verify the status.

In order to submit the required paperwork to insurance providers and preserve a transparent audit trail for future use, keep enough records on the client software. 

Document after-call activities and conduct post-call analysis for the purpose of following up on claims.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Salary: Based on Skills, Experience and Interview Performance
