Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Claims Follow-Up:
- Follow up with payers via phone, email, fax, or websites to ensure timely resolution of all outstanding claims.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all communications and follow-up actions taken regarding claim statuses.
2. Productivity and Quality Standards:
- Meet and maintain daily productivity and quality standards as established in departmental policies.
- Utilize the workflow system, client host system, and other available tools to efficiently collect payments and resolve accounts.
3. Policy Adherence:
- Adhere to policies and procedures established for the client and team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Maintain knowledge of timely filing deadlines for each designated payer to avoid delays in payment processing.
4. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research regarding payer-specific billing guidelines as necessary to ensure compliance and facilitate accurate claims processing.
- Analyze, identify, and resolve issues causing delays in payer payments, implementing corrective actions to expedite resolution.
5. Trend Identification and Communication:
- Analyze and identify trends related to claims issues to proactively reduce denials and improve the claims resolution process.
- Communicate any issues and/or trends identified to management for further action and improvement.
6. Collaboration and Team Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of outstanding claims.
- Support team initiatives aimed at improving overall claims processing efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: Chennai
Salary: From 25K per Month
