Key Responsibilities:

Be professional and persistent in your pursuit of timely payouts while navigating the nuances of follow-up with different Indian insurance companies.

Keep accurate records of all conversations and actions, including specifics of interactions with Indian insurance agents, in the billing system.

Recognise the differences across Indian insurance providers and adhere to payer-specific policies on the filing of claims, follow-up, and appeals of decisions.

Any complex billing concerns or trends specific to Indian payers or regional medical practices should be identified and brought to the attention of the AR Lead or Manager.

Effectively update coworkers and superiors on the status of accounts that have been assigned as well as any issues pertaining to Indian payers.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
