Responsibilities

Make the first call to insurance providers in order to follow up and resolve claims.

Respond to patient questions about billing and give concise justifications.

Work together with internal teams to quickly settle disputes and handle claims.

Keep thorough records of all conversations and the status of your claims to ensure accurate reporting.

Observe compliance requirements and industry norms in all correspondence and paperwork.

Role: AR Caller

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Salary: From 18K per month
