Responsibilities

Make the first contact with insurance companies to follow up and resolve claims. Respond to questions from patients about billing matters and give concise justifications. Work together with internal departments to speed the processing of claims and resolve issues. To ensure accurate reporting, keep thorough records of all interactions and claim developments. Respect industry rules and compliance requirements in all correspondence and records.
