Responsibilities:

Check patient and insurance data from several sources for accuracy and completeness.

Use document cross-referencing or flagging for clarification to find and fix any inconsistencies or missing information.

Add pertinent supporting documentation digitally to patient records.

Following HIPAA regulations, ensure that all patient health information (PHI) is kept completely confidential.

Respect established workflows, data entry protocols, and quality standards.

Help with simple quality assurance and data validation.

Keep patient demographics-related digital and paper records organised.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 3+ yrs
