Roles and Responsibilities:

In the context of Indian healthcare, your duties as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst based in Chennai will include reviewing unpaid medical claims, locating and resolving billing problems, and putting plans in place to increase insurance payer and patient collection rates. You will gain a deeper awareness of payer rules and regulations in Chennai and India, improve your analytical and problem-solving abilities in handling complicated billing circumstances, and have the chance to actively influence our revenue cycle performance in this capacity.

Skills:

Outstanding ability to persuade and negotiate in order to obtain payments and settle disagreements with payers.

strong time-management and organising abilities to efficiently prioritise activities and handle a large number of unresolved claims.

comprehensive knowledge of India's pertinent healthcare laws and compliance requirements, including payer-specific rules.
