In Chennai, we are looking for a Demo Entry Executive who is efficient and meticulous to join our medical billing team. You will be in charge of the first and most important stage, which is to accurately enter patient insurance and demographic data into our billing system. Your correctness will have a direct effect on how accurate and efficient the next billing procedures are.

Responsibilities

In accordance with source documentation and established procedures within our Chennai operations, accurately enter patient demographic data into the medical billing system.

In order to guarantee accurate record creation and reduce billing errors for our Chennai-based operations, please confirm patient information such as name, date of birth, address, insurance information, and other pertinent data.

Examine patient registration forms, insurance cards, and other records to ensure that all demographic information required for correct billing is recorded.

When inputting patient data into the system, follow our Chennai office's data entry guidelines and maintain a high degree of data integrity and correctness.

Help with the upkeep and organisation of patient records and associated paperwork.
 

Skills:

strong focus on details and dedication to data accuracy.

It is advantageous to have a basic awareness of medical terminology and facts pertaining to healthcare.

familiarity with data entry software and fundamental computer functions.

Effective information management and strong organisational abilities.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
